Ordering is easy and secure. The internet is the best method to place your order with Relative Jewelry; this allows us to respond to you most efficiently.

All orders placed will be processed through Relative Jewelry.
Review your order
Print the receipt and retain for your records. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. Another email will be sent to the email address provided when the order has been shipped. At this time we are only accepting orders placed within the continental U.S. State Law requires us to collect a sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas addresses.
All orders must be accompanied with credit card payment. The online order form includes secured credit card processing steps. For your convenience, Relative Jewelry accepts American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed at the time you order your item(s).
Once you have placed your order, we will respond with an order confirmation to the email address that you indicated on your order form. This confirmation will detail all charges, including shipping, pertaining to your order. It usually takes one to two weeks for your custom order to be completed. Orders will not be processed and sent unless credit card payment has been made.

All goods ordered by you are specifically manufactured for you per your order. Cancellation will only be approved within 2 days of order placement.
Orders move then from entry to production rapidly, usually within 48 hours. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already entered into the production phase.
Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the production process.
Every piece of jewelry you order is custom and made at the time the order is placed. We make every effort to ship complete orders as soon as possible, but shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete custom orders. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless you upgrade to UPS Priority.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid. Merchandise returned to us must be in new, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for special orders.
There is a one year limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under normal conditions but does not cover abuse, neglect or acts of God. Relative Jewelry's liability is limited by the cost of the purchase. Purchase of our product constitutes your acceptance of our policies.
We respect your privacy and Relative Jewelry will never release or sell any information about you to third parties.
